Workplace safety training
EHS and safety managers
Refresher cycles, contractor churn and post-incident scrutiny, with learner authentication now written into ANSI/ASSP Z490.1-2024.
Workplace safety training in detailThe identity gap in online training is universal. What differs is the consequence — an incident investigation, a challenged credential, a regulator's request, a principal contractor's audit. These pages set out how each sector experiences the problem and what evidence it needs.
Almost every online training platform treats a login as proof of a person. A learner authenticates once and the system assumes, for every module and every year afterwards, that the same human is present. That assumption was defensible when the alternative required effort. It is not defensible now that a consumer AI subscription can work through a course end to end.
What changes between sectors is where the failure surfaces. In safety training it surfaces during an incident investigation. In certification it surfaces when a credential is challenged years later. In healthcare it surfaces when a privacy breach is reviewed. In construction it surfaces at the gate. The verification is the same; the evidence each sector needs, and the language it needs to be delivered in, is not.
Asgard supports these obligations by verifying who trained and documenting it. It does not certify that a programme satisfies a particular regulation — that judgement remains with you and your auditor.

Workplace safety training in detailCertification bodies and awarding organisations
Linking coursework, assessment and renewal to one verified identity so the credential you issue can be defended years later.
Professional certification in detailClinical education and compliance teams
Shared ward terminals, agency staff and interruption-heavy sessions, where the training record is the control during an investigation.
Healthcare compliance training in detailPrincipal contractors and card issuers
Cards and inductions that gate site access, issued to a transient, subcontracted workforce that is rarely verified.
Construction safety training in detailCompliance, legal and L&D leaders
Annual policy, ethics and data protection completions reported to the board on the strength of a login event.
Corporate compliance training in detailThese pages cover the operational side — rollout, learner experience, reporting and the questions procurement tends to ask.
If you sell training that other organisations rely on for compliance, your product is really the record it produces. Asgard lets you sell a verified completion instead of an unverified one.
Awarding bodies, certification boards and licensing programmes carry the consequences of every credential they issue. Asgard gives your awarding team an evidenced identity chain from enrollment through to award.
